Post More to V-Wifey than cookies...and babies
So outside of my tremendous need to pinch cheeks and mother everything I come into contact with I'm also a singer :o
I met V-Man while starting my 4th album. His skills pwned mine. We were engaged within about two weeks. His love for the mechanical construction of techno music and such is a full 180 to my knowledge of live performing, so it makes for a nice balance and lots to learn from each other.

We own a radio station. Started that last summer and it's awesome! No commercials, no talking, people didn't even know where it came from till the newspaper did a cheese-ball story on us.

My dream job coming out of high school was to become a Telemarketer.... I loved it, but now I've been there and done that. I think I'll unavoidably go back. I really miss it. Just not the cubical part, but you can ask me about that another day.

I guess in a sense I'm coming back to the "cube" scene already. Mostly I've been on the outside looking into the game for quite some time, Celebrating V-man's accomplishments with script ideas and such. once he joined the clan, my joy for him was overwhelming and it led me here to experience the fraggage, pwnage, and friendships you have already blessed our lives with, you cute little soldiers!
**fighting the cheek pinching urge again**

Have A Happy Day,
Katie

Wow very nice to see the Family into it. I got into AC from my son and long behold i am addicated to it, the wife thinks the hole thing of online is strange. as you can see we really arent computer/online people me and her. I really enjoy the people i have met and think it is really cool to know so many different people from different walks of life. gaming is one way to stay close to what my kids are doing and what we can enjoy as a family. im all about Happy Families :D

Thanks Godsmack. I couldn't agree more. I've been around many families that share gaming as a way to connect to the kids. Your signature means more to me now

Owning a radio station in Colorado!! How cool is that??
It IS Colorado isn't it? V-Man can be vague at times.
Welcome to our small slice of the internet V-Wifey
(fighting the urge to call you V-Chick !!)

Thanks Mike,
Yeah Colorado, but we consider lots of places along the Rocky mountains as our home so that's the vague-ness I guess.

We're always looking for Local Talent to add to the play list. All of you are welcome to submit your own stuff to us.
Radio101.9@gmail.com
It's fun to meet people with so much talent in and out of game play.

Medusa- I'm looking forward to meeting you sometime. These guys sure talk about you a lot. Sounds like we have a lot in common: We both menstruate, we both enjoy enjoy similar things for breakfast, and I love blood! - labor and delivery stories are my favorite! Cute hair BTW.

Cookies! Babies! Wifey! Cheek pinching! Wtf is going on around here ffs?
This is DES, a gaming clan for people with balls. If you don’t have a pair, then rip a pair off someone in game or see Medusa, she collects them. I’m sure she’ll eat toast for breakfast every now and then if you spread a little blood on it.
Fyi The Internet Day Care Centre is over on the ac main forums.
As for the cheek pinching; well, that’s just not acceptable either. We don’t all have quite the full arse coverage one might expect and mine is already sore enough.
Now despite the Redneck element in this clan we try to maintain equal status for all our members, even the foreign ones; oh, and the Australians. Far be it from me to upset the balance of power in your home environment but “wifey” as a name (?) can’t see that going down too well with the more militant female element here tbh.
Of course, you are permitted to take handbags into battle, but the day you pull a baby bottle out instead of a pistol or a nade, not only will you most probably die, the event will travel around irc like wildfire and we have a reputation to consider. It took months to live down the time jamz pulled a a packet of bottle teats out of his pocket instead of his knife in a critical moment during a clan match. Nor is it acceptable to drop dirty nappies on the top of the stairs in mines hoping the opposition will slip and fall. We got badly penalized in a ESL match for just such a tactic.
We do try to encourage the men here to compete on an equal footing with the women, usually a total waste of time as they mostly seem to get distracted easily. We did try briefly to recruit homosexual players to offset this problem with disastrous results.
Anyway, welcome to the DES forums. Try not to talk as much as your husband. Oh, btw, I believe despite its fall from popularity since the advent of demockary this clan still supports nepotism ;)

"This is DES, a gaming clan for people with balls."
My daughter keeps plenty out in the living room

“wifey” as a name (?)

I'll try to think of something more greasy than Kaychard to use when pubbin'

you are permitted to take handbags into battle,
Great! I've been looking for an excuse to use my 68oz bottle of mase.

I'm not too worried about pulling out baby bottles. The boys have already talked to V-man about tea bagging me in public, and I'll review the clan match rules for myself before I agree to illiminate my diaper nades Thank you!

To comfort some of your anxiety Tipper: I've not put in an DES application, although I could count people's "did we recruit the wrong one?" comments as invitations.
Considering I've never had previous experience with first person shooter games I'll have to work harder than most to get my bearings. I'm sure my application will also be post pwned when I become pregnant again, the morning sickness mixed with visual over stimulation is sure to send me to the bathroom in seconds.

Sorry if this long reply runs over your imaginary text heavy boundaries for me. You have covered a lot of ground, and I want to ensure you I'll be keeping up as much as possible. Your stories of past experiences will sure help me. Your kindness and nepotism have been greatly appreciated

I suddenly realised I'd been reading the replies here without adding my own. Welcome to the forums Mrs V. Good games last night; you were certainly improving game on game.
I think Kaychard is a perfectly good name, but then, I think V-Wifey is a perfectly good name.
Now, tipper, about this nepotism. I've been thinking that my boys would make a good three man team, but it's going to take some investment in hardware. How's the petty cash situation?

YAY! thank you. Last night I found GodSmack online and played my first knife game. I took a screen shot to show off to V-man... he couldn't figure out what I was so excited about.

Someday I'll learn cool tricks like jumping and aiming well at the same time!
